Marinated Olives Pairs well with Wild Vines® Strawberry White Zinfandel Serves 4
1/2 lb Green pitted olives 1t Wine vinegar 1/4 C Olive oil 1 Cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 t Dried thyme
Mix together all ingredients but olives. Add olives and toss all ingredients together. Taste. Add more vinegar if necessary. Serve immediately, at room temperature.
