Romance Salad

Serves 4

2 Heads butter lettuce
2T Dried cranberries
2T Pine nuts, toasted
1 Softened pear, sliced thinly
5T Olive oil
5T Rice wine vinegar
1t Honey,, slightly heated
1 Clove garlic, pressed

Put the greens in a big bowl with the dried cranberries, pine nuts, and crumbled gorgonzola. In a separate bowl, mix together the olive oil, rice wine vinegar, honey, and garlic, then toss with the salad greens. Arrange the pear slices on the top of the salad, and serve.
